The technology journey begins
Alphera Media Group begins developing and refining AI technology, exploring how intelligent systems can support real customer and business workflows.

AIIT is an Auckland AI company built to turn advanced intelligence into capable, carefully governed systems for New Zealand organisations.
AIIT was founded in 2024 as a subsidiary of Alphera Media Group. Its beginnings reach further back. Since 2020, the Group had been developing and refining AI technology, learning how rapidly advancing models could be applied to practical communication, service and operational work.
That period established the foundations for a focused AI company. AIIT brought the technology, commercial experience and implementation discipline together under one identity: Advanced Intelligence Integration Technologies. From Auckland, we work with large enterprises, mid-sized companies and small New Zealand businesses.
Our work has evolved from individual conversational experiences into connected AI systems. ANNA — the Advanced Neural Network Architecture, developed by AIIT and the Alphera Media Group — provides a natural voice and digital presence. SAM, the Super Agent Model, coordinates knowledge, channels, tools and workflows as a governed Digital Employee. Our AI studios help teams create, test and improve these experiences before they enter daily operations.

Signals, knowledge and decisions move through a controlled journey built around AIIT's evolution. Each point represents a person, trusted information, a business rule or a connected system contributing current context.
AI assistance and human judgement stay connected as each interaction progresses. Intelligence supports understanding and action while explicit controls preserve confirmation, authority and escalation.
Our mission is to help organisations use artificial intelligence to improve how people communicate, find knowledge and complete work. We build systems that can listen, understand, reason within defined boundaries and take approved action across phone and computer-based roles.
Technology should strengthen an organisation’s people, not obscure accountability. That is why we combine capable automation with clear governance, transparent handovers and human control where judgement, empathy or formal authority matters.
Our values shape what we investigate, what we build and how we work alongside clients.
We design AI around the people who use it, the customers they serve and the responsibilities they carry.
We define boundaries, permissions, escalation paths and human authority before an AI system is asked to act.
We explore emerging capabilities with curiosity, then test whether they create genuine practical value.
The strongest systems are shaped with the people who understand the organisation, its customers and its operating reality.
Intelligence becomes useful when it connects knowledge, channels and existing business systems into one coherent experience.
Every project starts with a worthwhile outcome, not technology for its own sake.

View Martin on LinkedInWe begin by understanding the journey: what a customer or employee is trying to achieve, which information carries authority, which systems hold the relevant context and where a person must remain responsible. That creates a clear boundary for the first release.
Design, integration and evaluation then move together. Conversations are tested for clarity. Knowledge is checked against approved sources. Actions are limited by permissions and business rules. Exceptions are designed deliberately, rather than left for the system to improvise.
Once a bounded experience performs reliably, the patterns can be extended to adjacent channels, workflows or teams. This measured approach allows capability to grow without losing sight of quality, ownership or the people the system is intended to serve.
